INCH’ALLAH? A BOOK BY FILIP DEWINTER ON THE ISLAMIZATION OF EUROPE

…This is no longer a merely a matter of immigration, this is colonization. Slowly but surely, the rise of Islam is changing Europe into Euroarabia….

Filip Dewinter´s book on the Islamization of Europe, Inch’Allah?, is an obligatory reference work for anyone interested in this burning issue, which is destined to become one of the key political, religious and demographic issues in Europe in the XXI Century. The author’s knowledge of the subject, and the extensive and worked content, make this book decisively important for anyone who wishes to know about the full dimension of the process that has been called the "Islamization of Europe." This phenomenon and its deep dimensions is, according to Dewinter, changing the face of the Old Continent:

The streets of our major cities are more and more dominated by men dressed in djellabahs, and women wearing veils or even burqas, speaking the languages of more than a dozen failed or failing Muslim states. This phenomenon has changed entire boroughs into Kasbahs, which, in turn, seriously hampers the integration, let alone the assimilation, of these aliens into our societies…

"Inch Allah" that in Arabic means "it is the will of Allah” has today become a repeated Islamist slogan. It is about this phrase that the book is written. Allah´s will against the will of Europeans to defend and preserve our civilization. In his introduction Dewinter makes clear what is the situation that Europe is facing today:

…This is no longer a merely a matter of immigration, this is colonization. Slowly but surely, the rise of Islam is changing Europe into Euroarabia…

The book combines information and erudite knowledge with easy and accessible reading. Divided into chapters, we can point to three major thematic sections in it: a study of Islam, a chronicle of the Islamization of Europe, and a call for a reaffirmation of European culture to halt the process of loss of identity. After all, if we do not protect our identity, no one else will.

In the first of three parts the writer analyzes the periods from the pre-Islam Arab to the contents of the Koran, the Sunna and Hadits, then moving to examine the content of each of the principles and precepts of the Islamic religion in detail.

In the second part of the book, the writer says that nowadays we are living the third assault of the Muslim world against Europe: the first was stopped by Charles Martel in Poitiers in 732 with the subsequent Reconquista of the Iberian Peninsula; the second was halted in 1683 Vienna, with the ensuing centuries of European conquest of the Balkans; and the actual third assault that no one knows how or when it will stop is happening now.

It is this third assault that Dewinter blames on the European media makers who under the false concept of "multiculturalism” -“Multiculturalism and mass immigration have become the TrojanHorse of Islam”-has opened the door to an intolerant Islam, that actually does not allow any"multiculturalism" and becomes dominant, subjugating everyone to its will.

…Since the end of the 20th century, however, this has changed. Under the influence of multiculturalism, immigrants no longer need to conform to the majority culture. Indeed, rather than them fitting in with us, we are increasingly compelled to fit in with them!…

In the final part of the book Dewinter calls "to turn the tide", for which it is necessary to change the political establishment in Europe and to make the required reaffirmation of our identity:

…As a result, Europe is nearly ready to start a civilizational moral offensive, based on the foundations of our greatness:  Greece, Rome, Christianity, Humanism, and Enlightenment.  These are the common European values that need to be promoted rather than the warped tenets of multiculturalism or the crude, dusty dogmas of Islamism…

The book, originally published in Dutch, has already been translated and published in English, German, Spanish, and French.
